Cancellation Policy

~ This is a booking request. Filling out this form does not mean you have a guaranteed booking. I will contact you within 24 hours to discuss or to accept the booking request. ~Please contact me 48 hours prior to an event to cancel your booking. ~Payments due at least 48 hours before the event date. If I must buy special supplies for the event, the amount of the supplies needed is non-refundable. ~Bookings must be requested at least 7 days before the event date --- I have a toddler, and I need ample time to organize childcare. ~Outdoor events may be cancelled with a full refund up to 12 hours before the event in the instance of bad weather without indoor accommodations. Please contact me ASAP if weather cancellations are suspected. ~I reserve the right to cancel a booking contract on the day of the event if I feel 1) threatened before or upon arrival or 2) if the terms of the booking agreed upon were incorrectly conveyed. A refund minus travel expenses and supplies bought specifically for the event will be issued in the event of cancellation due to safety concerns or a disingenuous booking. Reasons for sudden cancellation include, but are not limited to: an environment of heavy drinking, substance abuse, explicit displays, verbal abuse, etc. --- I like people and want to draw your guests! However, I reserve the right to remove myself from dangerous or undesirable situations. If your event would not be considered "family friendly," I am probably not a good fit, and that's okay!
